    Good Shirt, Better Customer Service

    My first shipment never got to me, all I had to do was send them an email saying I didn't get it, a new one was shipped right out. Fits great.

    Poor quality and fit.

    The quality of the shirt is rock bottom. I can read a newspaper thru the shirt! I took a large and my neck is 16”. The shirt neck measure 13”. My arms are 16” but the sleeves are about 23”. Fit poorly.
    But it made an excellent rag in the kitchen. How does a company whose profit is to sell shirts, get this so wrong? Where is quality control? Why do you buy the cheapest material possible? How do you get such incorrect measurements? Would not recommend to a friend.
