Too big for a S/M Sized Hat

I ordered what I thought was small/medium hat based on several small/medium sized hats I already owned. When I tried it on it was too big for my head the sized hat I received was more of a medium/large. That being said all other interactions I had with the site went smoothly and with out isuuse.
